Casting Release Agreement Violet Crown Media, Inc. By submitting this application, I agree to the following: 1. Consent to Use My Information I give Violet Crown Media, Inc. (“VCM”) permission to collect, store, and use my personal information, including any materials I submit, for casting and development purposes. 2. Right to Record and Use My Likeness I grant VCM the right to record, use, and reuse my name, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information (collectively, my “Likeness”) in any media, now or in the future, in connection with the development and pitching of cast-driven content. This includes interviews, photos, videos, or any other material I provide or that is recorded during the casting process. 3. No Obligation to Cast or Produce I understand that VCM is not obligated to interview me, cast me, or produce or sell any content involving me, even if I am interviewed or selected during the casting process. 4. Ownership of Materials VCM will exclusively own all rights in and to any recordings or materials I provide or that are created during the casting process. This includes the right to edit, modify, or use the materials without further approval or compensation. 5. Confidentiality I agree to keep all information I learn about the project(s) confidential unless otherwise authorized in writing. This includes project details, other applicants, and any behind-the-scenes information. 6. No Compensation & Waiver of Claims I understand I will not be paid for participating in the casting process or for the use of my Likeness or materials. I release VCM and its affiliates from any and all claims related to the use of my Likeness or participation in casting. 7. Dispute Resolution (Texas Jurisdiction) Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of JAMS. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. I waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. 8. General Terms This agreement may be signed electronically and remains valid even if parts are held to be unenforceable. By signing below, I confirm I have read, understand, and agree to this Casting Release Agreement.
